How hotel delivery works

• Send your rental dates, the vehicle you want and your hotel name.
• We check current availability and reply with the vehicle category and the total all-inclusive price.
• Once you accept, we agree a meeting point at the hotel and deliver the car there.
• Bring your physical driving licence and passport or ID card to the handover - a photo on a phone is not enough.
• We collect the car from the same agreed point at the end of the rental.

Handover at Creta Maris Resort

Large resorts have several entrances, so we agree the exact meeting point in writing before the day of delivery - usually the main reception drive or the nearest public parking area, whichever the hotel staff prefer for arriving vehicles that day. Please have the physical driving licence and passport or ID card with you at handover; a photo on a phone is not accepted.
