Guests sometimes worry they have booked accommodation in the wrong village because the confirmation says Stalida and the sign at the junction says Stalis. They are the same strip of beach and hotels along the old coast road. We deliver across the whole of it: seafront hotels, the apartments behind the main road, and the quieter properties towards the Malia end.

The coastal road, the beach and parking

Stalis is essentially one long road parallel to a long sandy beach, which makes delivery simple and parking manageable outside the evening peak. Turning left across the coast road in high season takes patience, and the stretch towards Malia is busy after dark. Most accommodation has parking or a side street within a few metres; we will confirm the handover spot with you rather than circling the strip.

Insurance, deposit and conditions

Every confirmed MyCrete offer includes FCDW full insurance plus WUG cover - tyres, wheels, glass, mirrors and the underbody - at €0 excess, with no security deposit and no credit-card hold. Unlimited kilometres, taxes and fees are inside the one total price we send you, and you pay in cash or by card when the car is handed over. Fuel is not included: you take the car with an agreed fuel level and return it the same way. Cars are supplied from our own fleet and from carefully selected local partners, and MyCrete stays your contact for the whole rental.
