- Can you deliver a rental car to Marilisa Hotel?
- Yes, subject to confirmed availability. We agree a nearby meeting point in advance because space at the door is limited.
- Is an International Driving Permit needed?
- An EU licence is enough on its own. Some non-EU licences require an International Driving Permit - tell us where your licence was issued and we will confirm before you book.
- Is hotel delivery included in the total price?
- Delivery in the Kokkini Hani area is normally included in the price we quote. If any location-related charge applies, it is shown clearly in the offer before you confirm.
- Does the rental include full insurance?
- Yes. Every confirmed offer includes FCDW full insurance plus WUG cover for tyres, wheels, glass, mirrors and the underbody at €0 excess. Fuel is not included.
- Is a security deposit required?
- No. There is no security deposit and no credit-card hold on the offers we send.
- Can I pay by cash or card?
- Yes - payment is made at handover in cash or by card, unless something different is clearly agreed in writing beforehand.
- Can you collect the car from a different hotel or Heraklion Airport?
- Often yes. Tell us the return place and time in the enquiry; we confirm whether it works and state any location-related charge in the offer.
- What documents do I need?
- A valid physical driving licence, a passport or national identity card, and a payment method at handover. An EU licence is enough; some non-EU licences need an International Driving Permit.
- Can drivers under 25 rent a car?
- Younger drivers can rent, but the minimum age and licence-held period depend on the vehicle category. Send the main driver's age with the enquiry and we confirm the rule for that car.
