How the personally checked quotation works
There is no instant checkout, and that is deliberate. When you send your dates we personally check what is genuinely available for that period, choose a suitable car or a similar one from a carefully selected local partner, and reply with the complete final price - insurance, delivery and all fees included. Nothing is booked until you confirm in writing, and you pay when you receive the keys.
Delivery, handover and support
We deliver to Heraklion or Chania airport, to your hotel or villa, and to the port. Airport arrivals are matched to your flight, so a delay does not cost you the car. Handover is done in person: you see the car, the paperwork and the fuel level together. During the rental you reach a real person on WhatsApp - not a call centre queue.
What is not included
Cover is not unlimited and we would rather say so before you book than at handover. Fuel is not included: you receive the car with a set fuel level and return it the same way. Insurance is void off-road, including the gravel track to Balos and unsurfaced mountain tracks, and it does not cover driving under the influence, an unauthorised driver, interior damage, lost keys or documents, or damage caused by ignoring the signed rental conditions.
