MyCrete is an independent local rental service, not part of the resort. We bring the car to an agreed meeting point at the hotel, hand it over in person, explain the paperwork and collect it from the same place at the end of your stay. Large resorts have several entrances, so we agree the exact meeting point in writing before the day of delivery - usually the main reception drive or the nearest public parking area, whichever the hotel staff prefer for arriving vehicles that day. Please have the physical driving licence and passport or ID card with you at handover; a photo on a phone is not accepted.
Guests here usually ask for a compact automatic or a family car; SUVs are worth requesting early if you plan the Lassithi road, and 7-seaters for larger family groups.
